The Harmony Pottery was established in 1973; being the first in a series of studios, shops and restaurants in the restored Harmony Valley Creamery Association buildings. In the days of the Creamery, the present pottery building housed the cheese making operation and a general store. It still maintains its rustic exterior; changing little from its beginning operating days in the early 1900's.Open Daily 10am - 5pm.
It's the inside that now has changed, housing an expansive gallery and pottery studio.
The gallery represents the work of over 150 artists, both local and national. We seek out the best and most unique of all types of ceramic art. If we don't have a particular item, we'll do our best to find it for you.
Resident potters Teresa Campbell and John Schoenstein produce one of a kind pieces in a variety of styles and glazes.
In addition to the pottery is a wide selection of porcelain jewelry; representing the work of over 25 artists.
The newest addition to the gallery are several unique lines of hand-dipped candles in all shapes, colors and scents. Also many windchimes; both ceramic and metal, truly ringing out the sounds of Harmony!
We were fortunate last year to be selected as one of the top 100 craft retailers in the nation. this was awarded by NICHE Magazine, a publication of the Rosen Group; a national craft organization.
Due to the unique nature of our work and ever-changing inventory, we do not have a mail-order catalog. However, we will be happy to answer any questions regarding shipment to any location in the United States.
